according to Director report, This Directorate has requested Central Drugs Laboratory, Kolkata vide letter no DDC(I)/SD/Misc.72.2017 dated 30/03/2017 sent through email and post dated 03.04.2017, to provide the factual status in the matter and to forward the test reports of all the 9 impugned drugs samples to this Directorate. 2. This directorate has requested State Drugs Controller, Rajasthan via email dated 03.04.2017, to provide the test reports of all the 9 impugned drugs samples declared as Not of Standard Quality (NSQ) by the Drugs Testing Laboratory.
